Terms and Conditions

MINIMUM ORDER

We require a minimum order value of $450.00

This can be a mixture of products.

 

GST

Prices do not include GST.

GST is charged at checkout.

 

FREIGHT

Freight is additional and will be charged at cost.

Our preferred shipping method is via Australia Post if you have an alternative option, please contact Alison at alison@tamboteddies.com.au.

 

PICKUP OPTION

Collection and pick up is available from our stores in either Tambo or Toowoomba, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

If you wish to collect your order outside these times, please contact Alison at alison@tamboteddies.com.au to arrange.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

A tax invoice will be emailed once order is packed and posted.

Payment is due within fourteen days. Prompt payment is appreciated.

 

PAYMENT METHODS 

We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card and Direct Bank Transfer.  These are all available by selecting at checkout.

 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Tambo Teddies products are handmade onsite by our dedicated production team and are usually completed within 1 – 3 business days.

The above times are a guide only and can change depending on our workload at the time you place an order. 

The above times do not include shipping/delivery once an order leaves our workshop.  All orders are shipped from Toowoomba, QLD.

 

PACKAGING & PROMOTION

Tambo Teddies provides branded calico bags for each product plus brochures and a range of point-of-sale material.

A folder of promotional and product images is available upon request.
